Before starting a family, Megan was an esteemed Restaurant Manager in North Carolina. With an unwavering commitment to hospitality and her family. Megan became a multi-award-winning General Manager while concurrently having three children from 2017-2020.

It didn’t take long for her to realize her demanding work schedule was causing her to miss important moments. First steps, first words, family holidays with her children, came and went while she tried to meet the demands of both worlds.

At the end of 2021, Megan got the idea to start an online business. Maybe a blog? Before the year was up, her and her husband found out they were expecting their fourth baby.

The ideas took a back seat while she and her husband moved across the country, started new jobs, and welcomed their newest addition, but it never left her mind.

Megan knew there had to be a way to have the best of both worlds; but the demanding schedule of a General Manager would never allow her the time and energy to build a business; while being a wife and mother to four under five.

Megan stepped down from her GM job in early February, 2023. At 31 years old, many warned her that she shouldn’t “abandon” a thriving career. But her determination and vision for her business became even more clear.

Megan didn’t let negativity stop her from creating the life of her dreams. She has helped hundreds like her and made it her life mission to help parents take back their freedom!
